Marine Drive West Residents meet Nick Gibb to tackle problem motor homes

Nick Gibb MP met members of the Marine Drive West Residents Action Group, a group, led by local resident, John Wiltshire, formed to tackle the problem of camper vans or motor homes parking overnight on the seafront, with people cooking and sleeping overnight in their vehicles. 

Nick Gibb MP meets HMP Ford Governor

Nick Gibb MP met the Governor of HMP Ford, Stephen Fradley.

Ford is a Category D prison currently with 544 prisoners. It has an emphasis on resettlement and only accepts prisoners in the last two years of their sentence or those allocated to an open prison by the Parole Board.

Nick Gibb hears how Radio Respect supports mental health

Nick Gibb MP visited the premises of Radio Respect in Argyle Road, Bognor Regis at the invitation of its co-founder, Chris Collins. 

Radio Respect was established in 2013 by Chris and Caroline Collins to provide support to people who have been or are tackling mental health issues. 

Elmer artist, Chris Thomas, invites Nick Gibb into his home

Nick Gibb visited the home of the local artist, Chris Thomas. His home (in Elmer) is full of his art, which is all made from recycled material and acrylic paint. Most of the materials are flotsam and jetsam found on the Elmer and Middleton beach.
